If you're suffering from itchy eyes, the sniffles and the sneezes
right now, it might be tempting to blame autumn's cooler weather. But
bundling up at night might not help you if you're sleeping in
unwashed sheets.
The Wasatch Front is facing abnormally high sagebrush pollen
counts this fall, and Carol Maw, administrator at the Intermountain
Allergy and Asthma Clinic, said allergy sufferers should be taking
some preventative measures to reduce their exposure as they await the
snow and frost that will finally bring some relief.
"Everybody likes to ride with their windows down, and that just
sucks all this stuff into their car," Maw said. "And they like to
sleep with their windows open, and ...
