Amanda and her family have just moved into a traditional two-
story house. They were happily working overseas in Germany when they
got a call saying they had been transferred back home. Due to time
and distance constraints, they did a real estate search on the
Internet and purchased a home that seemed perfect.
They soon learned a thing or two about online advertising. While
the house looked large on their computer screen, it was quite a bit
smaller up close -- particularly the kitchen, which was tiny, chaotic
and didn't even have enough room for a table and chairs.
To make things worse, the adjoining dining room was claustrophobic
