EMPORIA --- The last time Dodge Kemmer walked off a golf course
following the final round of the Kansas Junior Amateur Championship,
jubilation was the furthest thing from his mind.
Things were much different Thursday.
A year after shooting a final-round 77 that cost him a victory at
the Junior Amateur, Kemmer got redemption. His final-round 70
Thursday at the Emporia Municipal Golf Course marked his third
straight 1-under round and gave him a three-shot win over Cheney's
Zac Potter for the 45th Junior Amateur title.
