Article: Here's a new one on me --- tomato gravy.

George Roberts, of Horton, said he saw a recipe for it while traveling and copied it down but didn't get home with it.

I did a little looking around, and it seems about the only thing recipes called "Tomato Gravy" have in common is the tomatoes. George's had Ro-tel and cilantro, but that's all he recalls.

Can anyone help?

I suppose I could just call up to the Waterfall restaurant near Holton, because the head chef there seems to know how to make just about anything.
