George Roberts, of Horton, said he saw a recipe for it while
traveling and copied it down but didn't get home with it.
I did a little looking around, and it seems about the only thing
recipes called "Tomato Gravy" have in common is the tomatoes.
George's had Ro-tel and cilantro, but that's all he recalls.
Can anyone help?
I suppose I could just call up to the Waterfall restaurant near
Holton, because the head chef there seems to know how to make just
about anything.
But it is desserts that seem to have caught the most attention for
Katherine Terry, who also created the restaurant's 15-pound cinnamon
roll.
