Remember the Jell-O "egg" molds that came out a few years ago?
I think I still have one stuffed back in a kitchen cabinet
somewhere. But now Jell-O has come out with something really cool:
Jell-O Bean molds that turn out tiny little Jell-O morsels that look
like translucent jelly beans. You can then use them to decorate your
Easter cake or set them out in a pretty glass bowl like you would a
bowl of jelly beans.
The mold makes 82 beans from two 4-serving Jell-O packages and 1 1/
4 cups boiling water, or you can make two different colors by using
one package and 2/3 cup boiling water. Somewhere out in Topeka is a
