Rev. Carroll Blomberg
SALINA --- The Rev. Carroll S. Blomberg, 77, Salina, died Friday,
June 22, 2001, in Salina.
He was a machinist for Roberts Industries, Salina. He served two
years with the U.S. Army as a private first class in the military
police during World War II.
He was born May 19, 1924, at Clifton.
Survivors include his wife, Lillian; two daughters, Connie
Toburen, Great Bend, Carolyn Hull, Topeka; a brother, David Blomberg,
Clay Center; a sister, Myrtle Baxter, Clay Center; and five
grandsons.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at First Church of the
Nazarene, Salina. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Park, Salina.
Visitation will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Ryan Mortuary, ...
