Chicago artists are not known for their ability to agree on issues and act collectively. But if a consortium of angry local artists has its way, that's about to change.

The Chicago Artists' Coalition, art advocate Paul Klein and artists Tony Fitzpatrick, Wesley Kimler and others are organizing a rally in front of the Picasso sculpture in Daley Plaza at 5:30 p.m. Monday to protest a proposed change to the city's public art ordinance.
