FARMINGTON -- A man charged with gunning down his ex-wife and
injuring her father has a new attorney and a new court date.
David Drommond Jr., 31, earlier requested a replacement for his
attorney, Bill Albright, and on Monday 2nd District Judge Jon
Memmott appointed defense lawyer Ed Brass to represent Drommond.
Drommond's next court date is July 9.
He has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to charges of
aggravated murder, which is a capital crime; first-degree ...
