Article: Bochy talks to Zito, says changes coming

BOSTON -- Barry Zito met behind closed doors with manager Bruce Bochy after Friday night's rough outing and again before Saturday's game.

Bochy wouldn't detail what he discussed with his presumptive ace but said Zito agreed to make some changes.

"That'll stay between us, but he's fine," Bochy said. "His head is clear. He went back through the game and looked at things. He said he'd do some things a little bit different."

Starting pitching might be the least of the Giants' problems, but they are tied to Zito for seven expensive years and believe it's vital for the left-hander to set a positive precedent this season.
