When it comes to sexy, fish packed in jars of sour cream may not be the first thing that comes to mind.

Kim Wall wants to change that.

Wall owns local herring producer Ma Baensch in the Riverwest neighborhood. This year, the company marks 75 years since Lena "Ma" Baensch started selling herring in Milwaukee.
