So was Mary Ellen Gremore, 85, another of the 400 people who regularly attend such Masses at St. Stanislaus Church on the city's near south side as the only sanctioned Tridentine Mass community in the 10-county Archdiocese of Milwaukee.

"I think it's something that people should experience," said Stich, of Brookfield, who has gone from asking her father, "Oh, man, do we have to go?" to considering the formal services a more reverential, sacred experience.
