Article: Tracy company settles with EPA

TRACY -- A Tracy manufacturer of kitchen cabinetry has reached a settlement with the Environmental Protection Agency for violating federal laws regarding hazardous waste material.

Barbosa Cabinets Inc., 2020 E. Grantline Road, was fined $32,200 as part of the settlement for improperly storing, labeling, handling and disposing of hazardous material.
