Take note, White Sox, this could be you. The Boston Red Sox arrive at U.S. Cellular Field today for a four-game series, trying to win their first division title since 1995. And they're working to return to the World Series after winning it all in 2004, ending a drought that was nearly as long as the White Sox' 88-year wait.

Both sets of Sox know one thing: No matter how long their fans had to wait for the dry spell to end, their expectations revved up to unrealistic levels -- at least in their towns -- the next season.
