PRINCETON-BY-THE-SEA -- Princeton residents and businesses had
reason to doubt that Harbor Village, an upscale hotel-and-retail
development overlooking Pillar Point Harbor, would ever emerge from
the planning stages.
Now they are watching the sea-colored complex -- the largest
commercial development ever to come to the Midcoast -- go through
its finishing touches before it opens in late fall.
More than 30 years after it was first designed by Westinghouse,
Harbor Village will open under the ownership of Keet Nerhan, a
Coastside resident and developer. The 84-room Oceano Hotel, whose
