Article: Ozzie: 'They're killing me'; Rangers 5 White Sox 4: Guillen blows his stack, rails against players after another collapse

The gloves finally came off Wednesday.

Really, it was more that they were ripped off, piece by piece, with each angry word from manager Ozzie Guillen's mouth.

The days of trying to cater to his players' emotions and push the right buttons ended with a four-minute tirade the likes of which had not been seen from Guillen in his four years at the helm.

The clubhouse, Guillen said, is filled with players who are "not easy to work with" at this point anyway.

After the latest debacle by a Sox offense that struck out 13 times and only had five hits in a 5-4 loss to the Texas Rangers in 11 innings -- compounded by a bullpen that continues to blow leads - - Guillen reached his boiling point.
