the late father of scientist J. Craig Venter. The father's name is
John Eugene Venter, not Eugene Venter.
A chart on the Sept. 4 In the Loop page gave an incorrect date
for the nomination of Peter D. Keisler to the D.C. Circuit Court of
Appeals. He was nominated June 29, 2006.
A photo caption with a Sept. 3 Business article incorrectly
described Joseph M. Kampf as the chief executive of Anteon. He is
the former chief executive of that company.
A Sept. 1 Business article about President Bush's plan to allow
certain homeowners to refinance into Federal Housing Administration-
insured mortgages incorrectly said that Bush endorsed ...
