Tom: In McDonald's, when you get your bun toasted. At casinos. In banks. When you get coffee at Burger King. We made some lighting fixtures at Sox Park.

Ken: Whenever you make a phone call, chances are it will go through some feature that we made.

What's your main product?

Ken: We don't have a product. We're a contract manufacturer -- the slang term is job shop. A lot of times we don't even know what the part is used for.

Tom: We don't care -- as long as they pay us.

What are these weird-looking things?

Ken: Those are elevator stairs. ...
