Tele-chef Gordon Ramsay's "Kitchen Nightmares" airs in its original form on BBC America (at 4 p.m. weekdays, with two episodes at 7 p.m. Thursdays) and in a new version on Fox (the second episode airs at 8 tonight on Channel 6).
