A SCHOOLBOY who suffers from a nut allergy has been excluded from
classes because his East Yorkshire school regards him as a health
and safety hazard.
George Hall-Lambert was only four days into the Autumn term at
his new senior school when his mum was summoned to see the
headtacher.
She was told the 11-year-old would have to be taken home because
Howden School has no policy in place to handle a severe nut allergy.
George is now receiving 15 hours tuition at his home in the
village of Eastrington, near Goole, five of which his mum and dad
are paying for.

inclusion unit which is run separately and is intended for pupils
