Article: St. Tammany president criticizes Cox Communications, New Orleans Hornets deal

St. Tammany Parish President Kevin Davis is criticizing a deal between the New Orleans Hornets basketball team and Cox Communications.

Cox holds the rights to Hornets games and sells them to North Shore cable provider Charter Communications. But, Davis said, Charter and Cox are disagreeing over the price of the games.

"This is not good for the basketball fans of St. Tammany or the New Orleans Hornets," Davis said.

The Hornets, Cox and Charter could not be immediately reached for comment.
