The New Holland Farmers Fair has proven so popular that
organizers rarely make any changes from year to year.
But the 76th event, which kicks off 11 a.m. Wednesday, will
feature some new attractions.
Dean Fox will demonstrate chain saw woodcarving for four hours
Thursday night.
Nicole Sutton and Michael Popovsky will sing in the fair's first
live concert Friday night.
And on Saturday, eight teams of players ages 14 and up will
shoot, dribble and rebound in the fair's first-ever, 3-on-3
basketball tournament.
"Come out for good food, fun and rides like always, and some new
stuff," said Warren Peachey, president of the New Holland Farmers
