A local eatery claiming to serve "authentic" Philadelphia cheese
steak? We knew whom to call as our consultants.
But Big Al, a native Philadelphian whose experience in matters of
eating is attested to by his girth, wanted nothing to do with us.
"Unless you can guarantee that they use authentic Cheez Whiz, or a
reasonable facsimile, I ain't comin' " huffed the portly gourmand.
