Former Boston fixture Ric Ocasek made his last Cars album four
years ago -- and his last solo album the year before that. The
once-prolific Beat poet and singer finally returns with this new solo
disc. While possessing some magical moments, it lacks the
consistency for which he was known. The new single "Rockaway" has a
euphoric Cars pop sound that should guide it onto the charts, but
