President Clinton's key political strategist, Dick Morris,
steered corporate business to a top GOP lobbying firm last year and
the year before in return for $18,500 in finders fees from the firm.
Morris listed one 1995 payment from the firm of Black,
Manafort, Stone and Kelly in a financial disclosure form he
submitted this week to the White House. Morris confirmed yesterday
that he had received another fee from the firm involving the same
client in 1994 and an additional fee involving a second client, also
in 1994. The disclosure form covered only his income from 1995.
