BROOKLINE -- Delaware State, scoring early and often, ended
Northeastern's dream of a .500 season with a no-doubt-about-it 46-20
victory at Parsons Field yesterday before 1,240 family members,
girlfriends and support staff.
Delaware State's defensive unit stopped NU's first two offensive
opportunities (1-2-3-and-punt) and the Hornets' offense countered
with a pair of touchdowns that were the result of a bone-crunching
