FOXBOROUGH - The tape was on the shelf of J.R. Redmond's locker at
Foxboro Stadium, clearly indicating the task ahead: Pittsburgh
defense, sub: blitzes.
For Redmond and Kevin Faulk, his partner as the situation backs
for the Patriots, there were no mysteries about the essential part of
the game plan for tomorrow's AFC Championship game against the
Steelers at Heinz Field.
"Picking up the blitz is a huge part of the job," said Patriots
coach Bill Belichick, talking about the aggressive style of the
Pittsburgh defense, which could ruin any offensive game plan.
