square mowed in neat diagonal strips, a giant flag billows in a
breeze. Cottony clouds stretch high across a pale sky. A dozen teens
chat and laugh beneath a white gazebo. Parents in lawn chairs look
on. They are all waiting.
Into this setting sputters Robert Reich's Reform Express, a
friendly blue bubble of a bus with a muffler that is not quite right.
"Ohmygod! That is the coolest bus I am not even kidding!" exclaims
