Legal Sea Foods president and CEO Roger Berkowitz says he hates
cookbooks. They're too much of a pain to follow, he says.
That notwithstanding, Berkowitz has just published his first one -
"The New Legal Sea Foods Cookbook" - co authored with cookbook
writer and teacher Jane Doerfer. It stays true to the Legal
philosophy of simple preparation but is challenging enough for
cooking aficionados. And it meets Berkowitz's top criteria for
cookbooks: "It's got to be easy to use for me!"
Adds Doerfer, "We wanted it to be simple, simple, simple. . . . If
[a recipe] was delicious but had 85 ingredients, we cut it."
The first Legal Sea Foods cookbook, "The Legal Sea Foods
Cookbook," written by ...
