Article: PANEL BLAMES LEADERSHIP IN AIR FORCE ACADEMY SCANDAL

WASHINGTON - Administrators at the US Air Force Academy and Air Force leaders at the Pentagon ignored reports of more than 140 sexual assaults on female cadets for a decade and, through their indifference and incompetence, allowed a climate of hostility toward women to pervade the military academy at Colorado Springs, a civilian panel created by Congress reported yesterday.
