Article: SKI AREA, CANTON AGREE ON WATER BLUE HILLS OWNERS TO PAY $70,000 IN OVERDUE FEES

CANTON The owners of the Blue Hills Ski Area have agreed to pay the town $70,000 in late water bill payments by next month, as well as $60,000 in advance for water usage, according to ski area and town officials.

Jim Murgia, Canton's finance director, said Ed and Walter Endriunas the principal owners of RM Blue Hills Inc., which manages the ski area recently signed an agreement to establish the payment system. The agreement also provides that they will pay on time or face a lawsuit to collect money from their personal assets.
