A man charged with raping his 16-year-old daughter at knife
point last month in Waldorf was convicted of raping the same child
in 1989, when she was 9 years old, according to court and parole
records.
The man, now 39, resumed living with his family after serving
five years in prison for the earlier attack, according to parole
records.
Charles County police say the man is a suspect in the Aug. 20
