The men's golf tournament last weekend at tony Lakewood Country
Club in Rockville might have passed with little notice if a club
chef hadn't done such a marvelously realistic job with the ice
sculpture for the players' Friday afternoon "vodka shootout."
The curvaceous woman was posed naked in a sitting position.
In the privacy of their locker room, participants drank chilled
vodka that spouted from between the figure's legs.
Although many players apparently were quite taken by the
image or the chef's ice-carving skill, an assistant golf pro at the
club resigned in protest that evening, saying that "as a Christian
and a woman, I can't abide with that behavior." And in the last few ...
