NBC's Sunday will concentrate on the last events of the
Centennial Olympic Games from Atlanta, including the men's marathon,
men's volleyball and women's basketball, as well as final individual
competitions in boxing, rhythmic gymnastics and equestrian jumping.
About 8:30, NBC's coverage will move to Olympic Stadium for
the closing ceremony, entertainment extravaganza and final march of
the international athletes -- generally cavorting much more
informally than they did when they appeared at the July 19 opening
ceremony.
Entertainers scheduled to participate in the show include Gloria
Estefan, Little Richard and B.B. King.
