Are you weeping in your vin rouge because you couldn't get to
Europe to watch Lance Armstrong go for his seventh-consecutive Tour
de France win? Take heart, amis there are plenty of ways to revel in
TdF fever right here at home.
On July 12 and 19, Redbones Barbeque (55 Chester St., Davis
Square, Somerville. 617-628-2200) hosts 20-, 30-, and 40-mile early-
morning bike rides for all skill levels, followed by a $5 pancake
breakfast while you watch live TV coverage of the race on the Outdoor
Life Network.
