Alex Domino sat riveted in the stands during last year's
Army-Navy game in Philadelphia. He watched intently as a fourth-down
Navy pass from the Army 1 fell short. Then he cringed for each play
of the Cadets' ensuing 99-yard touchdown drive that gave Army a
14-13 win.
"I just sat down in my chair and cried like a baby," the
6-foot-4, 280-pound Navy fifth-year senior said. "I knew what those
guys were feeling inside the locker room. But you always get another
chance."
Domino says he knows that as well as anyone. This year is his
second chance. He has returned to the team for his final season
after missing last year to attend to family matters. And he returns
