Cholesterol.
You can't live with it; you can't live without it.
What's more you can't even understand it unless you have a
medical degree.
By now most of us have heard the terms "good" cholesterol
and "bad" cholesterol.
But how many of us know exactly what those terms mean?
In simple layman's language, "good" cholesterol is good for
you and "bad" cholesterol is bad for you.
Or, to put it another way, "bad" cholesterol is not good
for you, and "good" cholesterol is not bad for you.
Got that? It's really not so complicated when you cut
through all the complicated scientific terminology.
