As Americans become increasingly aware of the pollution of

land, air and water, a special Learning Section explores

the growth of environmental education. To preserve rain forests and educate the public about their importance, environmental groups hope to make an example and a classroom out of 152,000 acres in the tiny Latin American country of Belize.
