Two state agencies will move to Dudley Square as part of the
Dukakis administration's efforts to revitalize the Roxbury
neighborhood, the governor's office announced yesterday. The
Department of Employment and Training and the Office for Children
will lease 7,700 square feet of space as part of a program to "make
