Benazir Bhutto, the prime minister of Pakistan and a 1973
graduate of Radcliffe College, will be the main speaker at Harvard
University's 338th commencement on June 8, the university announced
yesterday.
Bhutto, 35, the first woman to head a modern Islamic nation,
became prime minister Dec. 1 after her People's Party garnered the
largest number of legislative seats in November's election.
Bhutto holds the same job as her father, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto,
who was overthrown by Gen. Mohammed Zia ul-Haq in 1977. ...
