While a majority of Christians celebrate Easter this
weekend, 250 million others are still in early Lenten preparations.
Orthodox and other Eastern churches set the Easter date by a
method that takes account of the Jewish celebration of Passover,
while Catholic and Protestant churches use a formula that does not
consider Passover.
