Article: JUDGE KEEPS MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE AGAINST CHRISTIAN SCIENTIST PARENTS

A Suffolk Superior Court judge has refused to dismiss manslaughter charges against a Christian Scientist couple whose ailing son died after being treated through spiritual healing alone.

Judge Sandra Hamlin late Thursday ordered her decision to be sealed pending a hearing because it contains information from impounded documents, a court official said Friday.

Lawyers in the case received copies of the decision Friday.
