Don't ever serve store-bought whipped cream to Frederick P.
Gruenewald.
Avoid any dessert topping with artificial ingredients. Even
blindfolded, he will always spot the natural from the phony.
For 31 years, Gruenewald has been manufacturing whipped
cream-making machines for restaurants, food service companies and
ice cream shops. To his customers he is Mr. Whipped Cream, having
served up more than 25,000 machines and having earned 15 patents.
But like many inventors, the challenge remains to build a
better invention.
To top off his career, the 66-year-old inventor has developed
what he calls "the ultimate invention for butterfat products."
