Congratulations to Stuart Miller, David Usher and the rest of
the men who made their voices heard in opposition to "The First
Wives Club" {Style, Oct. 11}. Cattiness, selfish immaturity and
generalizing (above all) have largely turned the feminists' struggle
for equality and empowerment into a "we hate men" movement, and men
have every right to complain.
