The booklet is published by a group calling itself the Army of
God, and it looks as if it might be a church manual, with a picture
of a young girl cuddling a doll on the cover and the words "When Life
Hurts We Can Help ... " written across the top.
But law enforcement authorities say it is a terrorism handbook for
antiabortion radicals, filled with detailed accounts of how to make
bombs, use chemicals and deploy other means to help Christian
"warriors" disrupt activities at abortion clinics.
