Tonight's "Twin Peaks" episode marks the final chapter in part one of the David Lynch-Mark Frost series, a moody and much analyzed send-up of murder mysteries, soap operas and regional cuisine. While ABC announced plans Monday to renew the show for next fall, hard-core viewers continue to puzzle over a collection of plot threads more tangled than a bowlful of angelhair pasta.
