Article: CHEF CHANGE AT THE BISTRO

Asignificant chef change is coming up at the Back Bay Bistro, Frank Bell's reliable and pleasant Copley Square restaurant. Beginning next Monday, Ross Cameron will take charge of the kitchen.

Cameron most recently has been managing Cornucopia on West Street and was previously the talented head chef there. His brother, Stuart, has succeeded him as chef at Cornucopia.

Bell said, "Ross and I have been friends for a while. We're going to have some fun, take a few more chances with the menus and bring a little more adventure back into the food."

Judging from Cameron's inventive menus at Cornucopia, it will be worth watching (and tasting) what he comes up with at the Back Bay Bistro.
