Looking for a hot destination in '93? Check out Boston.
While many parts of the world have been showing downturns in
tourism, 1992 was "a very good year for Boston," Patrick Moscaritolo,
president of the Greater Boston Convention and Visitors Bureau,
reported this week. And, if the next three months are an indication
of what's ahead, Boston will be one of the most festive places in the
country to visit.
January to March can be the doldrums in places, but not here where
some of the most interesting and tasty annual festivals -- food,
wine, jazz, outdoor fun -- will be taking place.
