Now, with a little luck and more perspicacity than the White House
has shown since the inauguration, Chelsea Clinton could have Olive,
the renowned Boston stylist whose work with unruly hair is something
like the wonder of the Western world.
"I want to do something about Chelsea's hair," said Olive the
other day over grits and fish at Bob the Chef's in Roxbury. "I wrote
a letter to the White House. I haven't heard back yet."
Some people might think Olive -- as Olive Benson is known
everywhere -- is being a little uppity offering her beauty services
to the First Adolescent.
