Weddings: tippy canoes and tuxes, too

CONCORD -- After four days of prenuptial paddling, the couple landed their canoe at Chesuncook Village, a tiny logging center deep in the woods of northwestern Maine and accessible only by boat or floatplane.

Rebecca Linson, 37, and her fiance, Brian Szetela, 41, had been dating for six years and were ready to tie the knot. They had planned a more traditional wedding, but relatives "all had different ideas of what it should be," Linson recalled at the couple's home in Concord. "It was a disaster."
