Michael Crichton's novel "Disclosure" is riding high on the
best-seller list. Does anyone recall, however, the earlier
incarnation of the author of "Rising Sun" and "Jurassic Park"? Some
years ago, Crichton ventured into the field of art criticism. The
firm of Harry N. Abrams will publish an expanded version of his
"Jasper Johns," incorporating the past 17 years of Johns' work, in
June.
